Welcome to Unify! This is an express 20-minute consultation for new clients who are joining monthly class membership. We conduct a readiness assessment to ensure you are fully prepared for our group classes.
We will onboard you into understanding your monthly membership and do a modified new client orientation that includes an InBody measurement.
Includes VO2 Max, RMR testing, Evolved Human Track movement assessment, and force plates analysis.
We start by reviewing your health history, lifestyle factors, and goals. The VO2 Max test measures your cardiovascular fitness and aerobic capacity, while the RMR test determines how many calories your body burns at rest. The Evolved Human Track movement assessment and force plates testing evaluate your movement patterns, balance, and power output. Based on your evaluation, we'll conduct targeted range of motion and strength testing to identify opportunities, reduce injury risk, and create a smart starting point for your training.

After the initial evaluation, we'll create a custom plan that blends your specific needs with building foundational strength, mobility, flexibility, and stamina.
Medical-based treatment for those who need a tune-up or are dealing with an injury requiring specific hands-on therapy. Includes clear injury diagnosis, pain management, chronic injury care, and targeted treatment.
Recommendation: Each body part requires approximately 30 minutes. For a combination of manual therapy AND targeted mobility/training, schedule the 90-minute session.
