Shauna Brown

Shauna Brown

Shauna Brown was born and raised in the Northwest. Shauna became passionate about the human body at an early age, laying the framework for where she would direct her career path.

Shauna initially completed her higher education at Chapman University, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies and Public Relations.  During that time, she worked in many different health arenas all focusing on the same concept that health is more than skin deep.  After graduating from Chapman she knew she needed to make her passion her career.

She became a Strength & Conditioning Coach (CSCS) in the Bay Area and enrolled in a 10-month Massage Therapy Program to immerse herself with a skill set that impacted her philosophy and approach on the body.  She began working with elite professional athletes, endurance athletes, and individuals striving to take their fitness to the next level.  While working in these arenas, she recognized the need to pursue further education to provide informed and scientifically sound treatment recommendations to her clients.  She moved to Arizona to obtain a Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training at Grand Canyon University, simultaneously obtaining her Master’s in Human Movement from A.T. Still University. Shauna completed Balance Body's comprehensive Pilates teacher training courses at Personalized Pilates in Scottsdale and an Authentic Pilates Union Member.

She previously worked alongside Brett Fischer and supporting staff at Fischer Institute, working with the off-season strength and conditioning programs for their NFL players, as well as manual therapy to their NFL, MLB, and physical therapy clients.  Shauna was a performance therapist with Altis (previously World Athletics Center), aiding in the manual treatment of Olympic Athletes prior to working as a Licensed Athletic Trainer for the Los Angeles Dodgers based out of their spring training facility.

Shauna is the owner of Unify Health, LLC.,  allowing the opportunity to provide integrated sessions and classes to her clients. She works with general population, recent discharged physical therapy patients, pain-management, recreational athletes, youth athletes, and professional athletes.
