We offer small group class sizes to ensure everyone obtains individualized attention.

 

SMALL GROUP

Training small groups of six people offers the benefits of group training while receiving personalized attention and progression. To ensure a monthly spot and provide smaller class sizes, these classes require a section sign up as classes are programmed to maximize your body's ability to function in all planes of motion with continuous week-to-week progression.  

Benefit from the unique sports medicine education in biomechanics, injury management/prevention, and performance training integrated into the design and execution of your workouts. 

KINSTRETCH


KINSTRETCH® is a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility, and usable range of motion. Kinstretch is designed by Functional Anatomy Seminars. All of the movements and training techniques are founded out of scientific research by leading physical conditioning and medical experts, as it pertains to body control, injury prevention, joint health, and physical longevity.

The practice is complete with a self-assessment system allowing you the ability to monitor your own body for dysfunction that may be causing pain, loss of performance, or that may be putting you at an increased change of injury.

Improve mobility throughout your body and increase your tissue’s readiness for movement with this 1-hour class. Comfortable, athletic clothing necessary. No shoes or socks. Mats are provided.

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

Hands-on manual therapy that combines traditional massage therapy with advanced manual techniques. Manual treatment provides a wide-range of benefits, allowing utilization in various capacities prior to, during, or after activity.  Sessions expands on the traditional tissue-only treatment approach and looks to treat on its kinetic chain.

PERFORMANCE THERAPY

REHAB/POST-REHABILITATION

Treatment, corrective exercise, and training are specifically tailored to reach peak performance for sport, activity or life. The key to success requires initial identification of the movement impairments that have led to previous or current dysfunction (i.e., injury). Sessions provide an opportunity to create improved movement through hands on manual therapy and a personal program. Ideal format for pain management patients, recently discharged physical therapy patients, or anyone that needs a personalized manual and therapeutic exercise program.
